Engage platform enabled end-to-end delivery of a fully digital insurance program, acting as the connective layer between insureds, brokers, and the carrier.
The platform supported a broker-branded experience for insureds, a centralized program workspace for brokers, and clean integration into carrier core systems — without requiring bespoke development for each participant. Which means no one had to build (or rebuild) the same thing three different ways.
The Association leadership insisted on, and received, a fully digital application and payment process for their members. Accessing the product on a custom landing page, supported by the Broker, each member is able to apply, pay and bind their coverage in minutes.
Brokers get a custom, fully branded program desktop embedded directly into their website. It supports marketing, manages referrals, and centralizes program prospects and new business — all without adding manual work or risks that need additional underwriting or coverage.

Carriers retain ownership of product development and underwriting rules. Rating, binding templates, and policy logic stay managed within carrier systems, and bound policy data flows directly into carrier core systems via API, to support what comes next.
